Our home inspection exceeds the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) by always including an engineering evaluation of the foundation. The home inspection and foundation inspection is performed by an engineer.
Our home inspections start at $325.00. Because of the extra time it takes to evaluate the foundation, we only inspect houses 2500 sq. ft. and less.
Our very thorough home inspection provides you with three reports, not just one.
Property Inspection Report
The Texas Real Estate Commission property inspection report provides information on major house items. We break this down into a lengthy checklist that is easy for you to review. This includes all structural, roofing, electrical, air conditioning equipment, heating equipment, plumbing, and appliance items. Based on our experience with homes in this area, we pay extra attention to the roofing and air conditioning equipment.
Foundation Report
An engineering evaluation of the foundation by a professional engineer knowledgeable about North Central Texas foundations and soils. The report includes a foundation elevation survey drawing. If the foundation requires piers, you may purchase the repair plan for an additional fee.
Summary Report
This easy to read report highlights the problems and items in need of repair found during the home and foundation inspection. Photos are included. |
